Continuous improvement Workshop (8hours)
This workshop is designed to provide an overview and hands-on experience with the continuous improvement process. This session will review the four-step continuous improvement model utilized by FEMA’s Continuous Improvement Technical Assistance Program. This session focuses on performance improvement during real world incidents rather than exercises. Participants in this session will examine tools and techniques for gathering data, methods for reporting findings and how after- action reports can be used to improve real world performance.
