REAC 815 NRC PWR Systems Overview
This course provides a general familiarity with the mechanical, instrumentation and control, and protective systems of current Westinghouse 4-loop reactor plant design. Functions and flow paths of major systems, instrumentation, terminology, and equipment location are described. Emphasis is placed upon the nuclear steam supply system including the engineered safety features.
