Pressurized Water Reactor Technology
The Westinghouse Technology Course is designed to provide the student with a general familiarity with the mechanical, instrumentation and control, and protective systems of the Westinghouse design. At the end of this course each student should have achieved a basic understanding of the following: *Reactivity Coefficients *Functions and flow paths of major mechanical systems, and * Process instrumentation systems, including inputs and control and protection functions. There is a test at the end of this course and certain REAC positions will be required to take the test.

Prerequisite: NRC Reactor Concepts (R-100)
Target Audience/Discipline: This course is intended for REAC Managers, REAC Reactor Analysts, and REAC Health Physicists, but others are welcome if there is room.
