IEMA Gaseous Effluent Monitoring System (GEMS) Training

first part of the training will cover design aspects of the GEMS from how it operates under normal conditions to how it operates under accident conditions. The second half will cover remote control of the GEMS and a review of the information provided by the GEMS (data, reports, notifications). And finally we will work together on a hands-on proficiency test.

Target Audience/Discipline: REAC Managers, REAC HPs and Assistants, REAC Reactor Specialists and Assistants, Radiological Response Managers, and Radiological Response Officers.
